This is NOT a hotel. This is an exclusive Mid-Rise Building by the bay in Edgewater/Wynwood area. Before you book please read my rules:
❗️❗️A refundable security deposit hold is required for ALL reservations. The hold is lifted/ security deposit is returned once you have checked out, keys and garage transponders have been confirmed and nothing is missing or damaged during your stay and the major rules listed aren’t broken you will receive your full security deposit back. This is to ensure a more suitable environment and also a smooth stay for yourself and all of our guests to come.
- The Check-In is unorthodox. You will not be checking in at the lobby, you will meet a host or worker at the property location. So you may not bother anyone in the building. For liability purposes we consider our guests as friends. This is because short term rental has a stigma attached due to bad experiences with guests over the years having parties, noise complaints, bothering people etc . This is to ensure the Residents and employees will not be bothered. This is a small price to pay however for jthe quality of building , location and amenities you will have. If you are uncomfortable with this then do not book. This building is as nice or nicer than any 4 or 5 star Hotels in the area . It is a luxury building.
I prefer Professionals, Quiet People, Long Term that will respect the community and not bother anyone.

NO EXTRA GUEST aside from those listed on the reservation.

If you are shipping packages please we recommend you ship your items to a local UPS , USPS , FedEx Or other local facility for you to pick up. Do not ship to the unit as we have no control over deliveries.

CLEANING AND CLEANING FEE ‼️
The fee is what local cleaners
charge to CLEAN the unit. It is a ONE TIME CLEANING FEE. so this service is provided only one time for your stay, unless you pay for another cleaning during your stay.
CLEANING BREAKDOWN:
vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.
CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.
NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.
Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes.
"Please do NOT move furnitures such as Beds and Couch or Sofas to avoid damage to legs"
Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage.
Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.
